What we need:

Config directories:
I have prominent config directories for different images. As described, this can also vary and sometimes you still have to create the config folder.
VTI - etc/tuxbox/config/
HDMU - usr/keys
OpenATV Image - usr/keys
Newnigma2 - /var/keys/
OozooN - /etc/tuxbox/config/
Example Oscam using a VU+ Zero with VTI Image:
1 Press the blue button
2 Use the arrow buttons to scroll down to Extensions and confirm with OK
3 Press the red button to manage extensions
....Short wait the extension feed is updated and downloaded...
4 Use the arrow buttons to select SoftCams and confirm with OK
5 currently select a current Oscam variation and confirm with OK, a green check mark will be set within your selected Oscam version these days press the yellow button afterwards for Execute confirm again with green for Start
...Wait Oscam will be installed...
When this is finished, simply exit everything with Exit and, most usefully, reboot your packaging first, then go to the computer.

Start WinSCP now
Computer name: enter the IP of the BOX here
Username: is often root
Password: none is set in the course of VTI so leave it blank within additional images it can be dreambox or HDMU etc. This must of course be looked up on the homepage.

In it you will see with protection some files such as satellites.xml, timezone.xml etc. Do not pay attention to them and of course do not delete them! In this directory you create a folder with the name
config
and give it write permissions with 755, you can do this by pressing the right mouse button on the config folder, then Characteristics should appear and you can set the permissions. Once you have done this, please change to the created config folder. At the latest now it is time to download the attached file for the Oscam here.
oscam.conf - oscam.dvbapi - oscam.server - oscam.user
Actually everything is configured so far that you only have to edit the server file and please do this only with the concept Notepad++ to avoid errors.
All you have to do is add the user name and password of your line and everything else is ready. The port should also match, as it applies to all models. If there are any discrepancies, please correct them of course, but everything should fit.
Now all right, record the file after editing and copy all 4 files into the config folder. Also give the files the rights 755 here if it has not already been done independently, this is the best way to be on the safe side. You have done it, close the FTP interface, go to the receiver and restart it.
Attention in my oscam.server file the PORT 7103 (for all packages) is used which of course your line may adapt to your port!

Install OSCam ICAM Config / Instructions

The OSCam ICAM best installed directly above the receiver, in the best case via the feed.
Setting up the configuration file
Search for the location of the Oscam configuration file. They are normally located in the /etc/tuxbox/config/ folder. In my case, these files are located in the /etc/tuxbox/config/ folder. You will find an approximate configuration in the archive in the previously downloaded configuration folder. For oscam-icam to work, you need to change the following files on the receiver: oscam.conf - Open this file. You must add the following line before the [dvbapi] section. Without it iCam will not work: [Stream-Relay] stream_ecm_delay = 0 stream_relay_ctab = 098D Please do not delete the sections [global] and [dvbapi]! Otherwise you will not be able to watch non-ICAM channels (HD+, ORF etc.). In the configuration folder of the archive downloaded above you will find the files oscam.conf and oscam.user, which are valid for most receivers. You must change the oscam.server file
- oscam.server - open this file and replace it completely with the configuration from your e-mail.
Last but not least you need the ICAM bouquet list, it is not worth uploading it here as it changes from time to time.
